Courtney continues to have a quiet day. Her temperature has held all day.
She is resting comfortably thanks to some pain medication.
Her breathing has been easy all day.
Courtney's xrays show slight improvement in her lungs - but xrays are always a little bit behind what drs and nurses observe clinically. What that means is that her lungs have made more improvement than what the xrays show.
The plan for the weekend is to continue to medicate Courtney so that she is resting and allow her body to repair her badly damaged right lung and recover from the pneumonia.
We hope to have a completely uneventful weekend!
Later tonight we'll put the tv on for Courtney or play a DVD of her favorite show

Well I am glad to hear that Courtney is making such progress. It is no doubt due to the love and support she feels from her family. I will be saying the Novena each day along with my other prayers for Courtney and the whole family.
