Today I told Courtney: "If you are feeling tired I would just like to inform you that you have been asleep for one week and one day so its time to wakey wakey cornflakey."
Well I guess that (and you know, the millions of prayers for her) worked!!
Courtney is a bright, funny person and she never fails to make me laugh (or to make fun of me) and I promised her she can boss me around all she wants when she really wakes up and starts trying to talk. When I think about that I smile because its been over a week since she talked last and she talks allllll the time so she will have a lot to say :)
Thank you thank you thank you for all of the prayers and thoughts that have been sent Courtney's way, and for everyone who has been thinking of my parents. Your love and concern overwhelms them and keeps them going.
Claudia and I have been doing this thing we call a "double whammy" where we both kiss her cheeks at the same time really loudly. I say "innnncominnnnggg!!" and then we kiss her. I cant wait to hear what she thinks about THAT hahaha :)
